Rock Island, Ill. - The Concordia University Chicago men's cross country team took the journey to the Augustana Interregional Invitational at the Saukie Golf Course on Saturday, October 16th where they finished 22 overall.

Highlights of the Race

• Ernest Bogart (Pflugerville, Texas.) finished first for the Cougars in the 118th position with a time of 27:20.3.

• Emmett Faltesek (Ely, Minn.) came in next for Concordia with a time of 28:28.4, beating his previous personal best.
• Finishing within the top 150 was Mauricio Xochitecatl (Carol Stream, Ill.) with a time of 28:58.3 and Callum Hardwicke (Lake St. Louis, Mo.) with a time of 29:36.9.

The men's cross country team will compete next at the NACC Tournament in Mequon, Wisc. on October 30th.
