Sophomore (2019): Indoors, two of her career marks came at Ripon's Dick Hendricks Invitational with a 36' 3" in the shot put and a 37' 11 1/4" in the weight throw...Outdoors, earned a pair of second-place finishes at the Cougar Invitational with a 34' 3" in the shot put and a 97' 9" in the discus.

Freshman (2018):  Indoors, marked her CUC debut at the Lewis Invitational with a third-place finish in the shot put (35' 1 3/4").


High School: Attended Lincoln Community H.S. in Lincoln, IL where she earned four varsity letters in track and field...Central State 8 All-Conference...Central State 8 Academic All-Conference...Participated in the Capitol Area Honor Roll Meet...Member of the National Honors Society...2017 class
president.

Personal: Daughter of Don and Janice Sielaff...Her hobbies include listening to music, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
