Freshman (2019): Indoors, made her debut at the University of Chicago's Phoenix Invitational with a pair of sixth-place finishes in the weight throw (career-best 39' 11 1/2") and the shot put (34' 9 3/4")...One week later at the UW-Parkside Ranger Relays, she marked her career-best in the shot put and finished second with a 37' 8 1/2"...Outdoors, placed 11th in the hammer throw with her top mark of 122' 11" at the Benedictine Invitational.

High School: Attended Carl Sandburg H.S. in Orland Park, IL  where she was the MVP in track & field her junior and senior years...State champion in SkillsUSA for additive manufacturing...Service Learning Award and Academic Achievement all four years.

Personal: Daughter of Jeffrey and Jennifer Woods...Has one sister, Megan...Her hobbies include volleyball, reading and biking.
